About us

Alexander Winkler Chief Executive Office (CEO)

Winkler Technik GmbH was founded in 1977 by Dr. Wolfram Winkler. The company is specialized in the development and marketing of innovative mounting systems for surface temperature control systems of buildings, halls, stadiums and airport runways. The family company, which is now run by the fourth generation, orginated in a locksmith´s shop founded in Berlin in 1904 by Adolf Winkler. Winkler Technik GmbH has been active in surface temperature control since 1962, when Alfred Winkler laid the foundations for modern floor heating as the first heating engineer with a new type of plastic pipe. Dr. Wolfram Winkler assumed Management in 1970, a position he has shared with Alexander Winkler since 2011. In the past few years, Winkler Technik GmbH has made a name for itself throughout the world, especially thanks to its "know-how" in the area of mounting systems for surface temperature control. The company is active in over 30 countries worldwide and the Winkler Technik expertise is universally recognised. We have been establishing joint ventures with experienced plastics companies in production for many years now. Winkler Technik is the tool owner. Mounting Rails for a gently holding of the tubes on different surfaces like insulation boards, concrete, wood and also on soil. The rail is very suitable for installation on large-areas for example lawn heating in stadiums.
